This Returns Policy outlines your rights and obligations in the event that you wish to return a product purchased either in-store or online from our website. It applies to all customers worldwide, subject to applicable laws.

 

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most physical tools and accessory products under the following conditions:

-Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery or purchase date.

-Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

-Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

-Certain items (such as custom-made tools, clearance items, and consumables like glue sticks or polishing compounds) are non-returnable.

 

How to Initiate a Return

In-Store Purchases:

Online Orders:

Please contact our customer service team by email at info@willeyquicktools.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returned items without an RMA may not be accepted.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

 

Refunds and Processing Times

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receipt and inspection.

Shipping charges (both original and return) are non-refundable, except in the case of defective or incorrectly shipped items.

In-store returns may be processed on the same day, depending on inspection.

 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item. This ensures the fastest turnaround and availability.

 

International Returns

We accept international returns under the same conditions above. However:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and tariffs.

Any customs or import fees incurred during return will be deducted from your refund.

We do not accept international returns of used or opened items.

We comply with all U.S. export laws and only ship to countries that are legally permissible under U.S. law. Orders to restricted destinations will be canceled and refunded.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Take clear photographs of the product and packaging.
  2. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  3. We will provide a prepaid return label and offer a replacement or full refund.


Restocking Fees

A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns of high-value items, bulk orders, or any product returned in less than perfect condition. This will be communicated during your RMA process.
