Standard 7/16" BB Tip Shaft

Shaved BB Tip Shaft for Added Clearance

The Shaved Door Lord BB Tip starts with the same 7/16" diameter stainless steel round stock, but approximately three quarters of the rod is shaved.

That reduced profile is especially useful inside doors where window tracks, braces, crash bars, and other internal structures can limit how a traditional round tool can be positioned.

Sometimes you can reach the damage with a tool but can't get the shaft into the position needed to make the push you want. The Shaved Door Lord is made for those situations.

By reducing the profile through much of the shaft, you gain additional working clearance while retaining the Door Lord's 5" kick, 85-degree tip angle, and BB-style working end.
